The state of Malaysia's public toilets has become a hot-button issue, with tourists saying they were often dirty and lacked basic items such as soap and paper. "They can be very messy because people don't seem to know how to use the toilets."Malaysian public lack civic consciousness when using public toilets. They just dont bother and hope someone will take care the mess that they left behind. What a shame!!!!
Things like this not only happen in a public toilet....
